Women At The Well (WATW)

WATW is a women's ministry from the Well Christian Fellowship. Our aim is to encourage women to be the women that God has called us to be through teaching, encouragement and fellowship. We meet in Iselworth, Middlesex on a bi-monthly basis for a talk with a speaker and fellowship. We also go on outings and retreats
as time allows. We love the Lord and we want women all over the world to know that God loves them too.
God has a calling on every woman's life regardless of marital status, age, income, or dependants. We want to encourage our sisters in Christ to stay in the race by taking that next step in their journey of faith with our God.

  2. Hello Everyone - I personally think that men should be pastors as a pastor is supposed to be a leader and a surrogate Father figure in a way as he is head of that particular church family. I also think that pastors should be married as they need to be able to relate and understand what it means to be married as well as single. However, in the absence of a suitbale man to do the job, I don't see why a woman can't do it if she is the best person to lead that particular church.
